Rental Terms, Guidelines & Cancellation Policy

By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change and aim to be fair while protecting reserved booking time:

5 days or more prior to rental start:
60 percent refund will be issued. 40 percent of the total reservation will be retained as a cancellation fee.
3 to 5 days prior to rental start:
40 percent refund will be issued. 60 percent of the total reservation will be retained.
1 to 3 days prior to rental start:
20 percent refund will be issued. 80 percent of the total reservation will be retained.
Less than 24 hours notice or no show:
No refund will be issued.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment and may take several business days depending on your financial institution.

 
Payments & Fees
A $250 security deposit is required and will be refunded after inspection of the vehicle.
A $50 cleaning fee is applied to all rentals and is non refundable.
Additional cleaning, damage, or misuse fees may apply if the vehicle is returned in unacceptable condition.
 
Vehicle Use Restrictions
No off road use or 4x4 driving is permitted. Vehicles must remain on paved public roads.
No ride share or commercial use including Uber, Lyft, or delivery services.
No illegal activity, including the use or transport of drugs.
No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply if violated.
 
Fuel Policy
Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of gas.
If not, a refueling charge plus service fee will be applied.
 
Late Returns
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed upon time.
Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges.
 
Mileage & Use
Vehicle use must remain reasonable and within normal driving limits.
Excessive mileage or misuse may result in additional charges.
 
Damage & Responsibility
Renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of the vehicle during the rental period.
Any violations of these terms may result in additional charges and or forfeiture of the security deposit.
 
Agreement
By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
